Jason Miller

Jason Miller is the founder and director of Pink Ladies Futsal Club. He has been coaching futsal since its Massachusetts inception in 1999 and has won numerous league and tournament championships. But what he is most proud of as a futsal coach is that every futsal player has improved immensely, made new friends and had a lot of fun.

In addition to being the club’s head coach, Jason is also the Director of Futsal for Massachusetts Futsal, Director of Eastern Premier Futsal, head coach for Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer and boys varsity soccer coach at the Boston Latin School. Jason is the U.S. Youth Futsal Girls Director for Futsal I.D. and National Team programs and has served as head coach of the U.S. Youth Futsal U16 girls National Team.

A native of Lexington, Jason holds a U.S. Youth Futsal National Level 3 coaching certificate, a USSF National “C” coaching license and a USSF/NSCAA Level One Goalkeeping license. He has also been involved with the Winchester, Lexington and Nashoba girls high school programs, served as District Select girls coach for 11 years and administrator for four. Jason also served 14 years as lead professional coach for Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer, four years as Director of Player and Coach Development for Lexington Youth Soccer and three years as a club soccer coach with Sachems FC. Jason is an experienced USSF soccer and futsal referee who has previously worked for the Boston Breakers and the Olympic Development Program.

He is a former fifth-grade, sixth-grade, and special education teacher and has a B.A. in Journalism from Ithaca College and a M.Ed. from Lesley University. In addition to his soccer and futsal attentions, Jason has worked as a sports counselor at Camp Sewataro in Sudbury, futsal coach at Summer at Park and as a girls high school basketball coach at Gann Academy in Waltham. He resides in Sudbury where his two-year-old son Grey is the center of his universe.

Daniela De Sousa

Daniela DeSousa is on sabbatical in Madrid this winter and although will be closely connected with the club, she will only be on site for Regionals. She will return for the 2020-21 season.

Known as “Coach D” to most, her passion for the game and for coaching young girls is unrivaled. A former assistant coach in the District Select girls soccer program and staff coach for Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer, Daniela coaches subvarsity girls soccer coach at Burlington High School.

A recipient of a U.S. Youth Futsal National Level 3 coaching certificate — and the first woman to earn that distinction — Daniela is on the U.S. Youth Futsal regional coaching staff.

A former coach at Boston Latin School and Hamden High School, Daniela graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Masters in Education and currently teaches Spanish at Burlington High School. When not traveling, Coach D resides in Woburn.

Jonathan Barron

Jonathan Barron is back for his fourth season in pink! In additional serving as a coach in the junior and senior programs, Jon serves as assistant director of the Academy program. He was recently named women’s soccer coach at Pine Manor College, after coaching the Boston Latin School girls junior varsity soccer team for eight seasons.

Jonathan grew up in Hanover, NH and grew up playing mostly defense and goalkeeper. He holds a USSF D coaching license and a U.S. Youth Futsal National Level 3 certificate.

Jon graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s in Theatre. He is a Major League Player at Comedy Sportz Boston and has performed in theatre productions throughout the East Coast. Jon resides north of Boston with his wife Susannah and his six-month old daughter Isa.

Renee Dupre

Renee Dupre returns for her fourth season in Pink after an incredible first three years with the Club. She has a U.S. Soccer Federation F coaching license and completed the U.S. Youth Futsal National Level 3 course.

She grew up playing futsal for Dragons FC and attended one of the very early youth national championship tournaments, where her team finished second. On the socccer pitch, Renee played as a sweeper for Fontbonne Academy and as a striker at the University of Maine at Farmington, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. In 2016 she added a Masters in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State University.

Renee currently serves as a first grade teacher at Mulcahey Elementary School in Taunton, formerly spending two years teaching second grade at Pioneer Charter School of Science in Everett. When not busy teaching or coaching she enjoys reading, hiking and Irish step dancing. She has two cats.

Victoria Clancy

Victoria Clancy joins the Pink Ladies Futsal Club coaching staff for the 2019-20 season after a standout career as an outside midfielder and striker for the Salem State College women’s soccer team.

Tori played high school soccer at Boston Latin School, where she graduated in 2013. While in high school she played six years of futsal with Wolfpack and Jamaica Plain teams in the Massachusetts Futsal Association leagues.

Ahead of entering the Massachusetts Police Academy, Tori works as a nanny in Milton and remains connected to the Boston Latin soccer program, recently assisting with both girls and boys tryouts. She lives in Dorchester with her mother and their mini wiener dog named Dakota.

Jay Eidson

Jay Eidson is an auxiliary coach with the Club, having served as associate head coach from 2005 to 2015. More recently he serves as director and head coach of Netripper Futsal Club. In 2013 he was one of 22 recipients of the first-ever U.S. Youth Futsal National Level 3 coaching certificate and has coached at the U.S. Youth Futsal National Championships multiple times.

Jay is a special education teacher at Lexington High School and holds a USSF National D coaching license. He has a BA from Hartwick College and a M.Ed. from Lesley University. In addition to soccer and futsal, Jay loves trains, Camp Sewataro and playing the drums.

Elsa Couvillon

Elsa Couvillon is a Pink Ladies captain and assistant coach in the junior program. Elsa enters her fourth year in Pink and has a lot of experience working with young girls, including those in her vast family.

She is a senior at Concord-Carlisle High School, where she is a member of the varsity soccer and lacrosse teams.

Hailey Kingsbury

Hailey Kingsbury is a Pink Ladies captain and assistant coach in the junior program. Entering her third season in Pink, Hailey is among the most enthusiastic players in club history.

She is a junior at Lexington High School, where she plays for the girls soccer and lacrosse teams. She also volunteers with the Best Buddies program.

Gracie Sampson

Gracie Sampson is a Pink Ladies captain and assistant coach in the junior program. The 2018-19 season will be her 8th in fuchsia. She is among the Club’s most decorated goalscorers, sitting at or near the top of all-time and single season scoring lists. Gracie is also a member of the 100-goal club and has won both defensive and offensive player of the year awards.

A junior at Concord-Carlisle High School, Gracie plays varsity soccer, plays the trombone and travels the world volunteering to help those less fortunate.
