POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All programs will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Players may withdraw or change their match/training status freely until Oct. 9 or until all spaces are filled, whichever comes first. Refunds (minus $50) will be given prior to Oct. 9. Between Oct. 9 – Nov. 9, refund of 66% may be given if the player can be replaced on the roster. No refunds will be granted on or after Nov. 9. Pink Ladies Futsal Club reserves the right to deny or terminate membership at any time. No player may participate without a fully completed registration, including U.S. Youth Futsal waiver and consent sections and league waiver fee of 12.50 paid (by parent/guardian).

All roster and player selection decisions are at the discretion of the coaching staff and are based on several factors: skill level, returning/new players, age and carpooling. Rosters are adjusted at the end of league session one or as needed. Some juniors may be promoted to senior program.

All players must have their own futsal ball. New players receive balls with their registration. Returning players may order a new or used ball on the registration. Players at or younger than 2007 use a size 3 ball. Players at or older than 2007 use a size 4 ball. Returning players moving into U13 or U14 age group from U12 should purchase a new ball at the time of registration.

All new players will receive a kit (uniform) at registration. Each player will be provided one jersey, one pair of shorts and one pair of socks. Players who wish to order extra items may do so. Returning players are welcome to purchase extra shorts or socks. All gear sales are final.
